Glass Spice Cocktail Recipes

The Spicy Santa

1.5 oz of Glass Spice vodka
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Tablespoon of Agave Syrup
Orange and cinnamon stick

Combine all ingredients together and stir with ice in shaker. Strain into glass filled with ice and garnish with orange and cinnamon stick.

The Orient Express

Created by our Founder, Ian MacNeil for the 2016 Aspen Ski Cocktail Classic

1 ½ Glass Spice vodka
2 oz orange juice or mandarin orange juice
Dash Turmeric powder
½ oz milk or half and half
Dash Vanilla
½ oz Ginger beer

Combine all ingredients (less the ginger beer) in a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer.

The Spiced Rose

1 oz Glass Spice vodka
½ oz Honey
7 oz Sparkling Brut Rosé wine
Dash of Barrel Aged Whiskey Bitters

Combine the vodka, bitters and honey in a beaker or Boston shaker glass with ice. Stir the mixture to chill. Pour into a chilled flute or coupe and fill with Brut Rose and garnish with an orange zest shoestring.

Golden Apple Ring

1 oz Glass Spice vodka
¼ oz ginger elixir
Dash Sweet Fire Habanero sauce
Fresh pressed apple cider (unfiltered)
Apple slice

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled Collins glass. Top off with cider and dash of habanero sauce. Garnish with crisp apple slice

Hot Buttered Glass

1 ½ oz Glass Spice vodka
1 ½ oz Hot buttered batter mix (see recipe below)

Add vodka and batter into coffee mug. Fill with boiling water. Stir until fully blended. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.

Batter recipe

Cream 1-pound butter with 1-pound brown sugar. Blend in 1-quart vanilla ice cream. Batter can be made ahead and kept in sealed container in freezer for up to three months.

Devil’s Cider

Created and featured at La Duni Restaurant, Dallas, TX

2 oz Glass Spice vodka
1 oz Sour Apple Pucker
1 slices fresh muddled green apples
1-tablespoon pure brown sugar
1-tablespoon real maple syrup
Fresh grated cinnamon or cinnamon powder.

Muddle apples in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice then shake for 15 seconds. Strain into martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh cinnamon.

The Spicy Apple

1 oz Glass Spice vodka
6 oz hard apple cider
Cinnamon stick

Serve on the rocks in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh cinnamon stick

Ceylon Twist

Created for Glass Distillery by Terry Blumer, Glass Vodka Boutique & Tasting Room Host

1 oz Glass Nectar vodka
1 oz Glass Spice vodka
¼ oz & Tonic ® tonic syrup
¼ oz Elixir G ® ginger mix
San Pellegrino Limonata soda

Combine first four ingredients in cocktail shaker filed with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into coupe glass and top off with Limonata soda. Garnish with crushed cinnamon flakes and lemon twist.

Exotic Lemonade

1 oz Glass Spice vodka
5 oz Fresh lemonade
Lemon slice and a fresh strawberry

Serve on the rocks in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh strawberry and lemon slice.

Cinnamon Toast

1 oz Glass Spice vodka
3 oz Rum Chata
½ oz Vanilla Vodka

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and serve up.

Russian Claus

Created and featured at The Tipsy Alchemist, Dallas, TX

1½ oz of Glass Spice vodka
1 oz Kahlua
¾ oz Pumpkin Spice reduction
Top with Eggnog

Serve on the rocks in an old-fashion glass.

Winter Sunrise

Created and featured at Parigi’s Restaurant, Dallas, TX

2 oz Glass Spice vodka
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz orange juice
¼ oz Agave syrup
¼ oz Top with tonic
Orange twist

Shake vodka, Cointreau, orange juice and agave syrup together and add a splash of tonic. Serve up in a martini glass and garnish with orange twist.

Glass Tomahawk

1 ½ oz Glass Spice vodka
½ oz maple syrup
½ oz Sweet vermouth
¼ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Lemon twist
Smoked paprika

Shake vodka, maple syrup, vermouth and lemon juice with ice and strain into old fashioned glass filled with shaved ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and dusting of smoked paprika.
