Baby, It\'s Cold Outside

1.5 oz Glass Kona vodka
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
2 drops real Vanilla extract
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Your favorite chocolate syrup

Swirl bottom of martini glass with chocolate syrup. Mix vodka, Bailey’s and vanilla extract together in shaker. Strain into martini glass and garnish with pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Polar Express

1½ oz Glass Kona vodka
¾ oz Amaro Averna Liqueur
½ oz Vanilla Reduction
2 oz Espresso
2 oz Vanilla Cinnamon Cream
Powdered or grated cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Dust cocktail surface with cinnamon.

2 oz Glass Kona vodka
½ oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz Baileys Irish Cream

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain all ingredients into a chilled martini glass. Top with Cinnamon-laced Chantilly Cream.

Chantilly Cream Recipe
2 oz Jim Beam Kentucky Fire
8 oz Heavy Cream
Whip until just firm. Cream should flow easily.

The Kona Kask

Featured in-house as “The Kona Kask”

(“Kask” or “Karsk” is a Norwegian cocktail made by mixing coffee with vodka or moonshine.)

¼ oz Glass Spice vodka
3 oz Glass Nectar vodka
½ oz Glass Kona vodka
2 dashes walnut bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Luxardo cherry

Rinse a martini glass with ¼ oz Glass Spice by pouring the vodka in the glass and swirling it around the inside of the bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a beaker or Boston shaker with ice. Stir ten seconds without agitating the ice. Pour into the “Spice rinsed” martini glass and garnish with cherry.

Chocolate Martini

2 oz Glass Kona vodka
½ oz chocolate liqueur
½ oz crème de cacao
½ oz Tuaca

Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and strain into chilled martini glass rimmed with dark chocolate.

Kona Crème

3 oz Glass Kona vodka
1½ oz Frangelico Liqueur
½ teaspoon caramel syrup
1 oz half & half
Orange twist


Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain all ingredients into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh orange twist.

Espresso Martini

1½ oz Glass Kona vodka
1 oz Baileys
1½ oz Frangelico


Shake all ingredient in a shaker filled with ice. Drizzle a martini glass with chocolate syrup. Strain chilled ingredients and serve up.

Olympic Kona Mocha

1 oz Glass Kona vodka
¾ oz Frangelico
¾ oz Kahlua
¾ oz Bailey’s

In a mixing glass add all ingredients. Fill with ice, shake and strain into cold martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.

The Kona Express

1¼ oz Glass Kona vodka
¾ oz XO Patron’ Cafe
¾ oz Baileys

Combine all ingredient in a glass filled with ice. Top with Whip Cream with Chocolate and Espresso powder.

Kona Milk Punch

1½ oz Glass Kona Vodka
½ oz Velvet Falernum
2 oz Whole Milk
5 drops Bitterman’s Burlesque Bitters

Dry shake ingredients then wet shake. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with espresso ganache & espresso beans.
