Glass experimented with a barrel resting process. The result became Selkirk. Leaving our classic Glass Vodka untouched and resting in a charred oak barrel, Selkirk arrived with a beautiful deep burnished amber color. The nose is of vanilla, hints of caramel and toasted oak with a graceful finish that is incomparably refined. It is a fantastic addition to our already adventurous and elegant vodka line. An extremely rare type of distilled spirit that will appeal to consumers who not only enjoy the smoothness of Glass Vodka but also the complexity found in single malt Scotch whisky or Anejo tequilas. A very limited release, each bottle is signed and hand numbered by our founder, Ian MacNeil.
