Miel de Valencia

Created as an homage to the Italian-Peruvian relationship.

Crafted by Joe Arquette of “The Imperial Lounge” in Seattle. 

1.5 oz Glass Nectar Vodka

.5 oz honey schrub

.25 oz lemon juice

1 oz orange juice 

Shake all ingredients and strained into a coupe glass. Top off with bubbles.
