The Spiced Rose
Created and featured at Dish Preston Hollow Restaurant, Dallas, TX
1 oz Glass Spice vodka
½ oz Honey
7 oz Sparkling Brut Rosé wine
Dash of Barrel Aged Whiskey Bitters
Combine the vodka, bitters and honey in a beaker or Boston shaker glass with ice. Stir the mixture to chill. Pour into a chilled flute or coupe and fill with Brut Rose and garnish with an orange zest shoestring.
